As a VAD (Value Added Distributor) Master Distributor, LEVEL5 is committed to dynamic growth across European markets. In line with our expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced business partner to co-found and lead a new legal entity in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Our proposal is based on a Joint Venture model, where we combine LEVEL5’s robust financing and powerful logistical/technical infrastructure with your local market expertise and managerial experience.

EXPECTATIONS

  • Experience: You must have at least 4 years of experience in executing IT projects within the local market.
  • Capital Investment: You will contribute 49% of the equity to the newly formed company (the capital must cover at least the first 6 months of the company’s operations).
  • Leadership: You will serve as the CEO. We would like you to lead the company effectively; we do not interfere in day-to-day operational activities.
  • Continuous Growth: We expect you to focus on building partner network of Resellers, Integrators, and MSPs.
  • Partner Support: You will support the partner network through presentations, conferences, tenders, and Proof of Concept (POC) activities. We will handle the rest.
  • Team Building: In the first phase, you will build an exceptionally effective sales/BDM department. In the second phase, you must bring an engineer on board.
  • Communication: In either English or Polish is required for our cooperation
